Roles & Responsibilities:
• A pivotal role in selling our training SkillsFuture Credit eligible courses to prospective corporate client.
• Plan, review, manage Marketing programmes to prospective corporate customer
· Manage, improve and expand relationship with SSG / WSG / e2i
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate training courses from our portfolio that align with their goals and objectives.
• Provide detailed information about the potential fundings involved, features, benefits, and outcomes of each course, addressing any questions or concerns
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication throughout the sales process to build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyse market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for program expansion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Assist in company's marketing activities & plans
Requirement:
• Minimum diploma or degree holder
• Well spoken and outgoing personality
• Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the education sector
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving targets and meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of training courses, professional development, or adult education and the relevant fundings is a plus
• A keen learner, sales-driven and have passion for life-long learning
