M3's client is a distribution company that sells cutting tools in Singapore and they are looking to expand their team. They are looking for committed sales coordinator who can communicate well with the sales person of the company and also customers.

Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8:30am - 6pm
Job description
- Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain sales records, reports, and documentation.
Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and contracts. - Coordinate communication between the sales team and other departments (e.g., finance, logistics).
- Sales Coordination:
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Customer Service:
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Job requirements
- Minimum Diploma
- 2 years of sales coordinator working experience
