Role Overview:
HCS seeks a proactive Sales and Marketing Executive to lead client acquisition and development for our HCS programmes, including HCS-LSG Leadership and Innovation Masterclass Series, SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) programmes, e2i programmes, SG Enable programmes, Workforce Singapore Industry Catalyst Programme, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales and Client Development:
- Market and sell HCS programmes to corporate clients, SMEs, individuals, PMETs, PWDs, and caregivers.
- Develop new leads and utilise HCS's database.
- Design and execute sales plans.
Market Insight and Strategy:
- Develop knowledge of HCS client profiles.
- Conduct market research.
- Analyze competitor offerings.
- Highlight unique value propositions of HCS programmes.
Programme Marketing and Sales:
- Promote and sell diverse HCS programmes.
- Identify new programme development opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and sustain strong client relationships.
- Understand client needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze sales initiatives.
- Report on key metrics.
- Refine sales strategies based on data.
