The Role
This position will support the Investor Relations department in managing communication between the company’s corporate management and the investors.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the production of investor relations materials such as press releases, announcements, presentations, website contents, and speeches.
- Assist in the conceptualisation, development and production of the Annual Report, corporate marketing materials, collaterals and marketing events.
- Conduct research and analysis of REITs and real estate industries.
- Planning and executing investor and analyst events such as AGMs, investor roadshows and conferences.
- Preparing scripts and FAQs for senior management ahead of key events such as AGMs, EGMs and quarterly results.
- Prepare communication and regulatory reporting materials.
- Responsible for conducting daily news scan and producing the daily market update for management. Includes coverage of key office/retail markets in the regions that the REIT operates in.
- Maintaining and uploading announcements on company website.
- Plan and coordinate corporate social responsibility events for the company.
- Compiling quarterly metrics for sustainability reporting and analysing trends and variances for reporting to management.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Finance, Business or Real Estate.
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- You should have excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in both English and Chinese to produce materials in both languages in support of investor relations activities, and to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking and English-speaking investors.
- Possess excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry and/or knowledge of finance/accounting will be advantageous.
- Resourceful, analytical, meticulous and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Required to take the CMFAS license.
