Responsibilities:
· Drive a performance based culture, focused on delivering the business commitments to revenue, margin, and price, constantly coaching and developing the teams, embracing the future, and supporting business transformation.
· Develop, cultivate and maintain a sales funnel.Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
· Ensuring that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.
· Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
· Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
· Communicate customer expectations internally and with vendors.
· Ensuring that the store is adequately stocked with company products.
Requirements:
· Degree with 2 with 2 year experience
· Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
· The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
