Job Description
- Manage and oversee the entire sales cycle, including customer meetings, quotation submission, sales order processing, and delivery follow-up.
- Provide advanced technical solutions and support to customers.
- Prospect and develop new accounts while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing accounts.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve the company’s overall sales and marketing objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior sales engineers, providing training and/or support as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any technical or logistical challenges.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.
Job Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
- Possess own car
- Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in a technical sales role
- Strong leadership qualities and experience in mentoring or leading a sales team.
- Aggressive, result-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations.
- Experience in a senior sales or sales engineering role within factory automation and/or semiconductor will be advantage.
