Responsibilities:
- Manage & liaise between clients and vendors to ensure sales realization
- Liaise internally with colleagues across all departments to coordinate activities in executing sales orders
- Regular follow-up on quotations and sales leads
- Strategize and report to the management on customer feedbacks
- Build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects
- Manage generating leads, addressing customer inquiries, managing orders, and providing after-sales support
- Foster and nurture robust connections with both existing and potential clientele by promptly responding to queries and concerns
- Provide accurate sales proposals and quotations, delivering to the clients in a timely manner
- Manage record-keeping, document preparation, and schedule coordination
Requirements:
- Diploma, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledgeable with Electrical Engineering in handling electrical installations
- Knowledge in electrical industry and the relevant code of practice and regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD and project planning related software are required to prepare for proposal, reports and logs
