What will you be doing?
- Conduct market research, identify potential opportunities, and devise sales strategies aimed at capturing new market segments.
- Develop and lead the overall planning and execution of driving small and medium enterprises (SMEs) business loan acquisitions for the company.
- Acquire new business accounts through telesales, participating in networking events and partnering with external stakeholders.
- Establish good working relationships with both existing and prospective customers, brokers and partners.
- Monitor and measure sales performance to ensure a healthy pipeline of leads and successful conversions.
What are we looking for?
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales or business development roles, ideally in B2B sales, showcasing consistent achievement or surpassing of targets.
- Goal-driven and flexible, capable of performing well under pressure autonomously and with limited oversight in a dynamic setting.
- Solid business acumen coupled with strategic thinking skills to identify avenues for growth and optimise revenue potential.
