Working hour: 5 days office 830am to 530pm
Job Responsibilities
- Quote Creation & Sample Requests: Assist commercial teams with generating quotes and managing sample requests within Salesforce.com.
- Customer Signup Validation: Review and validate new customer signup requests to ensure alignment with local trade and regulatory compliance.
- Tender Submissions: Coordinate the timely submission of tenders and relevant documents on behalf of the sales/commercial teams.
- Demo Inventory Management: Oversee the “Demo” inventory and coordinate the timely delivery of “Demo” assets.
- Vendor Support: Facilitate purchase requisitions from third-party vendors/suppliers.
- Enquiry Response: Provide prompt responses to sales/commercial inquiries received via the sales support team mailbox.
- Dealer Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new dealers and handle agreement documentation
Requirement
- Min 3 to 4 years of sales support / Order Fulfilment exp
- Ability to work in a team and/or be an effective individual contributor
- Ability to multi-task and work within tight time-line.
- Strong process mapping skills and systems/methodical thinking
- Prior experiences with Commercial/Sales teams will be helpful, especially when it comes to User/Stakeholders management
- Prior knowledge of Salesforce. Com would be advantageous
