Responsibilities:
70% Farming; 30% Hunting
- Develop Key Account Plan & Strategies, such as Sales and Trade Activities
- Generate Annual Sales, Profit Target and A&P Expenses
- Drive plans, implementations and executions for assigned accounts
- Manage distribution growth of assigned accounts
- A&P management to maximise ROI
- Formulate new product listing strategies
- Forecast and manage inventories
- Understand and adapt to the market/consumer demands
- Build strong rapport with clients
- Lead customer negotiations on commercial strategy
- Lead the sales team
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in FMCG industry, preferably with e-commerce channel experience
- Candidates with experience handling household goods/consumer goods/baby care goods will be an added advantage
- Previous experience in sales account management for modern trade or/and managing a team of sales representatives
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Detailed oriented with strong business sense, aptitude and passion for research, data analysis and problem solving
