Role and Responsibilities
- Day to Day Store Operations
- Provide excellent customer service for customers at all times
- Working towards achieving the sales target individually and as a team
- Take feedback from customers and share it with support teams
- Prospecting leads and contacting them on product updates and promotions
- Liaising with respective departments on operations matters
Qualifications:
- Passionate about sales
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
- Fast learner and quick thinker
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin - in order to attend enquires from Mandarin and English speaking customers
- Training will be provided
- Able to start work immediately will be highly preferred
- Only Singaporeans/PR due to quota limitations
