We are seeking a motivated and well-organized Junior Marketing Associate to join our team. This hands-on role involves performing daily marketing activities and supporting our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and grow within the marketing field.
What you will be doing
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing programs, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Support the creation and maintenance of all marketing materials, including the company website, social media accounts, branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Create engaging content for our website, case studies, and social media platforms to attract and convert target audiences.
- Support experiments with various organic and paid channels, including content creation, content curation, event management, publicity, social media, and lead generation campaigns.
- Help prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis, ensuring the wise allocation of funds.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and assessing results against goals.
- Conduct research and analysis of customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to inform successful strategies.
- Collaborate with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead nurturing tactics.
- Assist in coordinating with third-party marketing agencies.
- Help manage and execute the company’s participation in events, such as trade shows, conferences, video conferences, and industry-related events.
What you need to be successful
