Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Assistant Manager of Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a willingness to take risks, and a team-oriented mindset. This role involves planning and managing marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will report to the CEO and work directly with him to build and execute plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and Managing Marketing Campaigns:
- Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Managing DTC and Marketplace Campaigns:
- Oversee direct-to-consumer (DTC) and marketplace marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align strategies and ensure consistency across platforms.
- Creative Customer Acquisition:
- Identify and implement innovative strategies to acquire new customers.
- Test and evaluate new approaches to reach the target audiences.
- Revenue Growth through Marketing Activities:
- Focus on scaling revenues through effective marketing tactics.
- Work closely with the marketplace KAMs to set and achieve revenue targets.
- Content Creation and Collaboration:
- Create compelling content for various marketing channels.
- Collaborate with content creators and influencers to generate engaging marketing assets.
- Quarterly events and offline pop ups:
- Plan and execute offline pop-up events to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage live streaming sessions on various channels to engage with customers and showcase products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a consumer brand or e-commerce environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- High energy, enthusiastic, and willing to take risks and learn from failures.
- Can-do attitude and ability to figure out things on their own.
