Marketing & Video Content Assistant Manager

Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Video Content Creation:

  • Plan, script, and produce engaging video content together with the team for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, videographers, and editors to ensure high-quality production.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow social media accounts by creating and curating content, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media trends.
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

Content Marketing:

  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Create blog posts, articles, and other written content to enhance the brand's online presence.

Campaign Planning and Execution:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including promotions, product launches, and special events.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of marketing efforts.
  • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed.

Budget Management:

  • Assist in developing and managing the marketing budget.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective strategies.

Stay Informed:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and marketing best practices.
  • Attend relevant conferences, workshops, and training sessions.

  • Highly motivated and experiences in Mass Communication or FMCG Industry
  • 5days work week. Able to commit if require to work beyond required hours / workday
  • Renumeration base on work experiences with 14days annual leaves and others benefits upon confirmation
