We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about organizing and coordinating events, excel in communication both verbally and in writing, and enjoy working with people. Previous experience in the events industry is a significant plus.
Event Operations
In event operations your role is to manage an event end to end, preparing and executing operational plans and schedules, budgets, presentations and the like. You are comfortable briefing teams and ensuring that all aspects of the event is well executed. You are a strong communicator with strong multi-tasking skills. You are a people person, being able to manage teams across countries, cultures and varied timelines. You are highly organized and independent, able to work flexible hours as is common in the event business. Prior experience is a must, regional travel maybe required.
Scope of Work
- Overall Production and Operational Management: Oversee the entire production process and operational aspects of events, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
- Vendor and Logistics Management: Coordinate with vendors and logistics agencies to guarantee all deliverables are met on time and to the required standards.
- Cost Control and Quality Management: Monitor and manage budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness, maintain high-quality standards, and handle project management tasks efficiently.
- Production Management: Supervise all stages of production, from fabrication through to on-site set-up, ensuring that all elements are in place and functioning as planned.
