Job Summary:
The Social Media Marketing Associate/Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance the online presence, engage with the audience, and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, a creative mindset, and a keen understanding of digital marketing trends and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy Development:Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing goals and objectives.
Identify target audiences and create content that resonates with them.
- Content Creation and Management:Create, curate, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Develop a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
- Community Engagement:Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a positive community.
- Analytics and Reporting:Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms.
Provide regular reports on key metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Campaign Management:Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to promote the agency’s products and services.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
- Collaborative Efforts:Work closely with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos.
- Stay Updated:Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Recommend new strategies to enhance the agency’s social media presence.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
- Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
