Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled Paid Media Specialist with experience across multiple platforms, including Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns to achieve our clients' marketing objectives. You will work closely with campaign managers and other digital marketing teams to ensure our clients' campaigns are successful, aligned with their goals, and provide a strong return on investment.


Responsibilities:


Paid Media Campaign Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive paid media strategies tailored to clients' goals, target audiences, and industry.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for campaign growth.
  • Create and present media plans, including budget recommendations, targeting, and creative strategies.

Paid Media Campaign Execution & Management:

  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to achieve KPIs.

Social Media Strategy & Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with clients' brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Create, curate, and manage content for clients’ social media accounts, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms.
  • Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and managing community interactions.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance clients’ social media presence.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track, measure, and analyze both paid media and social media performance using platform analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
  • Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for clients.
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with account managers, content creators, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.
  • Communicate campaign and social media performance, insights, and recommendations to clients in a clear, concise manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid media and social media management.

Optimization & Growth:

  • Identify opportunities to expand or enhance both paid media campaigns and social media strategies for better performance and efficiency.
  • Leverage platform-specific features and innovations to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Proactively suggest new ideas and testing methodologies to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Singapore Citizens or PR preferred
  • Proven experience (1 or 2+ years) managing paid media campaigns and social media accounts across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, PPC, social media strategies, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
  • Proficiency in using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and social media management tools.
  • Experience with data analysis, campaign optimization, A/B testing, and content creation for social media.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing Labs, or similar are a plus.
  • Prior experience in a digital marketing agency will be advantageous.
