We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead and enhance our HR functions by providing HR methodologies and contributing business centric ideas to the organization by understanding and prioritizing critical skills and strategies that are necessary for the business future across the Group.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnering:

  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing HR insights and solutions that support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align HR practices with organizational goals and drive business success

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
  • Oversee HR team operations and provide support for career development.
  • Manage corporate administrative office operations and ensure the smooth running of the processes

HR Operations:

  • Oversee the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations and systems.
  • Ensure accurate management of employee records and adherence to HR policies and procedures.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to maintain competitive offerings.

Performance Management:

  • Lead the development and execution of performance management systems.
  • Provide guidance on performance evaluations, feedback processes, and goal setting.

Employee Relations:

  • Address and resolve employee issues, grievances, and conflicts with discretion and efficiency.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.

Talent Review:

  • Conduct talent reviews to assess and develop employee performance and potential.
  • Implement succession planning and career development strategies.

Employer Branding:

  • Enhance and promote the organization as an employer of choice through effective branding strategies.
  • Develop initiatives to strengthen our reputation in the job market.

HR Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage audits and resolve compliance issues effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced HR certification (e.g., IHRP-CP/SP) preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in HR with a strong background in HR operations, talent acquisition, performance management and strategic HR functions.
  • Proven ability to manage comprehensive HR programs and lead HR teams effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, compensation strategies, and performance management practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels and has a passion for employee engagement
  • Good executor with proven track-records, analytical, resourceful, problem-solver, systems builder
  • Reports to Head of HR or equivalent
