PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Truck Driver cum Warehouse Storeman is responsible in oversee day to day logistics and trucking operations in the warehouse. Ensures all schedule pick up and delivery must be in accordance with Logistics instructions or Planner in absence of Logistics.
Ensure proper documents and actual collection of goods received, tally and stored in a safe, condition Ensure proper documentation of the warehouse for records and traceability. Coordinates daily activities on receiving and dispatching of goods to warehouse and. Ensure efficient storing and distributing of inventory.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for delivery, storing, packing and/or unpacking of goods as well from supplier to CP.
2. Support the day-to-day warehouse operations
3. Assist and perform load and unload of containers;
4. Ensure proper documentation is received prior good releasing.
5. Ensure real time up to date status report to logistics
6. Perform goods receiving function and ensure accuracy in goods received;
7. Perform picking and packing function based on the DO requirement for delivery to the retail outlets;
8. To perform picking and packing related activities for delivery.
9. To ensure location storage of goods to respective area and shelves.
10. To assist inventory count if needed
11. Maintain general housekeeping and preventive maintenance of the truck
12. Any other tasks assigned by the reporting officer
13. Ensures 5S is implemented in the work area.
14. Adheres to company’s guidelines with regards to Safety and Quality.
15. Complies to Company Code of Business Conduct.
16. Support and participate in company-wide or departmental programs such as:
· Total Quality Management, Lean Manufacturing
· Social Activities
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
1. Must complete minimum training required specified in Employee Qualification and OJT Form No. S 1-026F.

QUALIFICATION GUIDE
1. Education : Min ‘N’ level with some work experience in the warehouse
2. Communication : Able to speak and read Basic English
3. Experience : Minimum 1 year experience as warehouse storeman and must be physically fit with minimum Valid Class 3 driving license
4. Hardware/Software : experience in ERP System or warehouse management system, MS Office
