Job Description:
- Operations Planning: Plan and execute fleet deployment for daily deliveries.
- Logistics Management: Oversee GPS tracking, administration, and cost-effective fleet management.
- Record Keeping: Monitor and update fleet tracking systems and maintain proper documentation.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee repairs and maintenance, scheduling regular checkups. Lead investigations into incidents or accidents involving fleet vehicles. Develop protocols for responding to emergencies such as accidents, breakdowns, or severe weather conditions.
- Driver Management: Manage drivers, enforce compliance with company rules and regulations. Monitor the performance of team members and provide feedback and discipline as needed.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise the delivery team, providing effective leadership and guidance.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Traffic/Transportation or relevant studies.
- Minimum with 3 years of Traffic or Transportation-related experience.
- Excellent leadership qualities, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Deep understanding of personal and staff capabilities, and ability to strengthen weaker areas through collaboration with management.
- Comfortable with technology and digital devices.
- Candidates with Class 3/4 Driving License will be advantageous.
