Job Summary:
The Telesales/Call Centre Representative is responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, answering inbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role involves understanding customer needs, offering appropriate products or services, and closing sales efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls:Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into sales.
Contact existing customers to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Inbound Calls:Answer incoming calls from customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
Provide product information and handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Sales and Targets:Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Identify customer needs and offer suitable products or services.
Close sales effectively while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Customer Relationship Management:Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Update customer information and call logs in a timely manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Team Collaboration:Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on customer interactions.
Share best practices and success stories with the team.
- Compliance:Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection and privacy regulations.
Follow all legal and regulatory requirements related to telesales activities.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a call centre environment.
- 'N' Levels and Above
