Job Description & Core Responsibilities
Supervises a team of ATOs in the repair and maintenance of light vehicles
- Conduct daily roll calls and safety briefing
- Ensures priority setting in daily job distribution
- Ensures the timely closely of job cards and tracking of productivity
- Ensure the parts management is carried out effectively so that there is no wastage.
- Ensures all safety practices practices are strictly adhered to by all ATOs.
- Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and accounted for.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related field
- Prior experience in the automotive servicing line (Preferred)
- Valid class 3 & 4 license
- Primary/Secondary, GCE 'O/N', Professional Certificate/Nitec/Higher Nitec, Diploma/Degree in engineering
