- Respond to and resolve desktop support requests via phone, email, or in-person.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop systems, hardware, and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
- Provide support for Microsoft Office applications and other commonly used software.
- Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist with user account management, including password resets and access permissions.
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or specialized teams as necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism when interacting with end-users.
- Support other IT projects and tasks as assigned by the IT Manager.
Qualifications:
- Higher Nitec or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, hardware, software, and networking.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Preferably residing on the east side of Singapore.
