Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics and Printing Coordinator to join our team at BELLS Institute of Higher Learning. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient printing and timely distribution of educational booklets to centers across the island.
Responsibilities:
1. Printing Coordination:
- Coordinate the printing of educational booklets according to schedule and quality standards.
- Liaise with printing vendors to ensure timely production and delivery.
2. Logistics Management:
- Plan and schedule deliveries of printed materials to various centers islandwide.
- Ensure accurate inventory management of printed materials and supplies.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of printing orders, deliveries, and inventory levels.
- Generate reports on printing activities and logistics performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in logistics coordination and printing
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
