Job Summary:
- 6 Days work week
- Location: Changi Cargo
- Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm, Sat 9am to 1pm
- Basic up to $3000 + AWS + VB
Responsibilities:
- Monitor incoming shipments by reviewing pre-alerts from overseas stations or customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Coordinate air import shipments with contractors to facilitate smooth clearance and prompt delivery to customers, addressing any delays proactively.
- Update customers about shipment status and potential delays, managing cargo claims and conducting shipment surveys as needed.
- Communicate with overseas agents regarding delayed shipments and ensure compliance with relevant customs permit declarations.
- Follow customers' standard operating procedures (SOP), promptly respond to emails from various stakeholders, and prepare cash sale invoices while updating billing information for the Accounts department.
