Job Description:
- Handle the full end-to-end-recruitment process inclusive of onboarding and off-boarding (e.g., Job Posting, Coordinate for interviews, preparation of offer letters, new hirers onboarding orientation, Exit clearance/interviews etc.)
- Assist in the application, renewal and cancellation of work passes using MOM Portal
- Submission of quarterly manpower survey from Ministry of Manpower (MOM)
- Handling and managing confidential documents and maintenance of p-files
- Attending to employees enquires on HR related matters
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative work, e.g. timely update of employees’ leave applications, insurance claims, etc.
- Candidates with payroll experiences preferred (good with figures).
- Assist in organizing company events and functions.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma and with minimum 2 years of HR related experience
- Analytical, meticulous with strong hands-on experience of Singapore Labor Legislation
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Singapore labour laws
Working hours: Monday – Friday : 0815am – 1800pm
