Job Summary:
The Customer Service Support is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This includes responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive relationship with customers.
Job Description:
Customer Interaction:
· Handling of Customer Enquiries & Feedback via our Communication Touchpoints (Call, Email, Chat and SRM)
· To respond to customer’s service enquiries. This will include scheduling of appointment with our technicians and updating the customer.
Order Processing:
· To follow-up with sales enquiries and work with product team.
· To handle feedback and provide supplementary information like pricing, stock availability and etc
Problem Resolution:
· Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
· Troubleshooting common issues with products or services
Product Knowledge:
· Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services.
· Stay up-to-date with product changes and enhancements.
Administrative Tasks:
· Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry.
· Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation.
Communication:
· Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
· Collaborate with team members to improve customer service and overall company performance.
Requirement:
· Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
· Possess initiative and professionalism with the ability to organise, prioritize work and work independently
· Able to multi task with good time management skills
