Key Information:
- Location: Outram Park MRT (Convenient and Accessible)
- Working Hours: 8am to 8pm, 4 days on, 2 days off
- Salary ranges from $2,6k - $3,2k per month
Job Description:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Provide first-level assistance as part of our helpline support team
- Document customer interactions, comments, and complaints
- Oversee the operation and management of our innovative ChatBot services
Job Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC qualification
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- MUST be able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Basic IT skills and computer literacy
- Candidates with law enforcement experience are preferred
