Responsibilities:
- Client Connections: Build and nurture strong relationships with our clients by understanding their recruitment needs and offering creative solutions.
- Talent Scouting: Hunt down awesome sales pros through online searches, social media, and networking events.
- Interview Power: Grill candidates (nicely) to figure out if they're a great fit for our clients.
- Deal Maker: Help seal the deal between clients and candidates, making sure everyone's happy.
- Market Expert: Keep an eye on the latest trends in the energy sector, so you can chat with clients about what's hot.
- Goal Getter: Smash those sales targets and KPIs and help our business grow.
