Job Description
· Handle calls, walk-in enquiries, goods delivery, school mails, parcels dispatch. Attending to pupils who are unwell.
· Ensure cleanliness & tidiness of the reception area.
· Preparation and verification of documents over the counter.
· Assist in the checking for completeness of student application form submitted and informing of parents on the outcome of application.
· Maintain telephone listing of school.
· Follow up on collection of Singapore Graduation Certificate for graduated students.
· Assist in compiling of daily staff attendance & monthly Staff Attendance reporting.
· Any other duties as assigned by Admin Managers
Requirements
· Able to speak, read and write English
· Prefer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
· Good communication and inter-personal skill
· Good customer service skill
· 3 years of experience in administration/customer service
· Mature individual with a pleasant disposition
· Preferably experience in managing secondary school students
· 3 years of experience working in an educational institution will be an advantage
Working hours
· Mondays to Fridays: 6.45am to 11.45am
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

· Contract Period: From 1 January 2025 to 30 November 2025
· With option to extend (Discretion)
