- Position: Customer Service Officer
- Location: Jurong Area (Nearest MRT: Lakeside)
- Working hours: 5-day work week Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm OR 9.00am – 6.00pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3800 + Variable Bonus + 14 days Annual Leave
- Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone and web inquiries
- To take down client’s removal details
- Schedule survey appointments for the sales department
- Consider client’s requirements from the survey report and any other information source into account and formalize them in a quote for removal
- Ensure the administrative file (export documentation) is completed timely with clients and the Operational Manager
- Follow up on requests from direct client / branch / agents
- Prepare physical file with all necessary documents for the traffic department
- To tally details on system and physical document
- Update internal excel sheets accordingly
- Any other Ad-hoc task assigned by the company
Requirements:
- Minimum O levels
- Minimum one to two year of relevant experience
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
