The Centre Admin plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the learning centre. They are responsible for overseeing various administrative and operational tasks, as well as providing support to the management team and staff members. The Centre Admin must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Additionally, on some occasions, you will be required to assist teachers with small groups and conduct assessments.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the learning centre, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient delivery of services.
- Managing administrative tasks, including scheduling, registration, printing, billing, and maintenance of records.
- Coordinating with teachers, staff, and parents to address operational needs.
- Support in capturing photos and videos of centre activities.
- Provide small group support to students under the guidance of the lead teacher.
- Conduct Pre or Post Cognitive Assessments for students.
