- Handle customer enquiries, emails management
- Mainly to call existing clients to upsell services
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N-Levels certificate
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer support role
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Excellent team-player who is organised and meticulous.
- Must be able to multi-task
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
