- Will do Incident Resolution within in the SLA
- Will attend to Service Requests
- To answer emails and calls within the time bounded set
- To observe and practice in accordance with internal IT policies, standards and procedure
Requirements:
- Candidate must be at least graduate from Nitec in Infocomm Technology or IT related course
- With End User Computing experience is good to have
- First level experience in troubleshooting of Personal Computers, Network and Security. MacBook knowledge will be additional advantage.
- Candidate who possesses other computer hardware certifications will be added advantage
