Processes and IT Director/Manager

1. Technology planning and strategy formulation: Be responsible for formulating the company's information technology development strategy and planning, determining the appropriate technology direction and investment plan according to the company's business needs and development goals, and providing long-term technical support and development direction.

2. System operation and security management: Be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the company's information system, including the management of hardware equipment, software system update and maintenance, network equipment configuration and monitoring. At the same time, they also need to be responsible for information security management, the development and implementation of information security strategy to ensure the security and stable operation of the company’s information systems.

3. Project management and implementation: Be responsible for the company's technology project management, including project planning, organization, implementation and monitoring. They need to work closely with all relevant departments to ensure that the project is completed on time, with quality, and achieves the expected results.

4. Personnel management and team building: IT leaders need to be responsible for recruiting, training, and evaluating personnel, building and maintaining an efficient team, motivating team members' motivation and creativity, and improving the team's overall performance.

5. Technical support and problem solving: Need to respond to and solve all kinds of technical problems and faults in a timely manner, provide technical support and guidance to ensure the normal operation of the company. They also need to communicate and coordinate effectively with vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance of technical services.

6. Core business system management: responsible for the operation and maintenance management (CRM/OA/Enterprise ERP) and optimization and upgrading of the company's core business system; update and iterate the existing internal system according to the current business requirements and business blueprints, so as to pull the efficiency of the internal workflow

7. Process Optimization: Responsible for the optimization of IT-carried business processes and the development of relevant process solutions according to actual needs. Continuously optimize the system processes, improve process efficiency, in order to save time and effectively improve the utilization of corporate resources.

8. Technological innovation: Pay close attention to the latest developments and trends in information technology, to promote technological innovation and optimization, and to enhance the competitiveness and effectiveness of the company. Also need to assess the feasibility and applicability of new technologies, promote the introduction and application of technology, and provide continuous technical support and innovative solutions for the company.


Qualifications

1. Professional knowledge and skills: He/she need to have solid knowledge of computer and information technology, familiar with the use and management of various types of enterprise-level hardware and software, with good programming and network technology skills, and can keep up with the latest trends in technology development.

2. Experience and ability: He/she needs to have rich working experience, more than 6 years in large and medium-sized enterprise information technology management work, more than 3 years of team management experience; familiar with the company's information technology needs and business processes, and be able to quickly identify and solve all kinds of technical problems, and have good team management and communication skills.

3. Education and certificates: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, e.g. Computer Science, Information Management, etc. Familiar with Windows Server, AD domain, database system installation, configuration and maintenance, as well as office business system financial, OA maintenance and management, and at the same time have the corresponding implementation experience. Skilled in the use of various operating systems, ERP software systems, network hardware; familiar with the management of network equipment and troubleshooting and processing;

4. Business understanding and strategic vision: He/she needs to have in-depth understanding of the business needs of the company, work closely with the business sector, have a clear understanding of the development strategy of the company, and be able to combine information technology with business objectives to provide effective technical support and solutions for the company.

5. Communication and leadership skills: He/she needs to have good communication and coordination skills, and be able to communicate and co-operate effectively with staff, suppliers and partners at all levels. At the same time, He/she also needs to have good team leadership skills, to be able to motivate team members to work actively and creatively, to promote the smooth implementation of the project.
