Job Responsibilities
• Lead generation: source and create a pool of potential clients through networking, research, cold calling, etc.
• Identify potential new clients in various industries.
• Understand and identify quality referral leads.
• Manage client expectations and introduce our services and solutions to clients.
• Coordinate and liaise with our experienced outsource talent acquisition team.
• Negotiate the contract terms and preferential service fee with clients.
Job Requirements
• At least 1 year of proven track records in recruitment sales or other sales experiences.
• Prior experience outsource staffing service role will be an advantageous.
• Self-motivated and sales driven.
