- Procurement of office supplies and pantry supplies.
- Assist in Material Requirement Planning, monitoring delivery schedule and inventory control
- Liaise with Departments on shipping documentation, scheduling, booking transportation & sea/air freight.
- Work with departments to resolve product quality and customer complaint issues.
- Participate in Kaizen/continuous improvement projects.

Supply Chain Executive/$3,000 - $4,300
- Plan, organise, direct and control of the purchasing, warehousing and transportation functions
- Lead a team to handle daily purchasing operation to ensure delivery schedules are met
- Manage customer audit and complaint relating to purchasing operation.
- Oversee the MRP fulfillment, stock replenishment, purchasing and order management, suppliers’ contract and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) management.
- Implement programs to improve quality, productivity, cost effectiveness and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Logistics/ Procurement/Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in purchasing and/or logistics function in manufacturing
