Recruitment and Onboarding
- Support recruitment administration (job code creation, requisition, candidate profile management, offer letters in Oracle system).
- Manage talent sourcing with hiring managers.
- Process new hire onboarding and enrollment and coordinate onboarding schedules with hiring managers.
Payroll and Benefits
- Administer benefits enrollment and ongoing management for medical, insurance, and government claims.
- Collaborate with external payroll vendors and internal stakeholders for accurate monthly payroll processing.
- Verify payroll reports against Oracle data.
- Meet statutory payroll, tax, government, and audit reporting requirements.
- Compile and update annual Salary, Benefits Review, and Spot Surveys.
General HR Operations
- Process new hires, employee changes, and terminations accurately and timely.
- Generate employment-related letters and reports.
- Handle administrative duties like vendor invoice management.
- Develop and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure effective HR service delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in Oracle system/ HR system will be an advantage
- Prior experience in payroll and HR admin will be an advantage
