Responsiblities:
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
Work with senior management to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategy
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
Enhance the company's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and regulations.
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Expert or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current hiring trends.
Strong organizational and time management skill
