Roles & Responsibilities
- Liaise with supplier for procurement, price negotiation and issue Purchase Order.
- Monthly reconciliation against supplier’s Statement of Account and rectifies the discrepancies.
- Administer work pass (WP, S Pass) application, renewal and cancellation, apply levy waiver, arrange medical check-up, OFWAS, employment contracts & etc.
- Arrange & renew workers CSOC / core trade / training / safety courses etc.
- Handle payroll, leave and other related matters.
- General email correspondence with supplier / MOM / Government Sector.
- Basic account admin work such as payments, receipts, invoices.
- Assist in GST and Taxation filing.
- Assist with account auditor for annual audit.
- Assist in submission of employees IR8A.
- Handle incoming calls and any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Priority for the candidate with the following
1. Singaporean / SPr
2. 3years working experience in construction field especially steel, alum, glazing works.
