Roles and Responsibilities of a Recruitment Executive
1. Job Analysis: Work with hiring managers to define job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
2. Sourcing Candidates: Use various channels to attract candidates and build a talent pool.
3. Screening and Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
4. Interview Coordination: Schedule and organize interviews; prepare candidates and hiring managers.
5. Recruitment Process Management: Track candidate progress, ensure compliance with hiring laws, and maintain records.
6. Candidate Experience: Communicate with candidates and ensure a positive experience throughout the process.
7. Offer and Onboarding: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and assist with onboarding new hires.
8. Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and report on recruitment metrics; use data to refine processes.
9. Employer Branding: Promote the company’s culture and values to attract top talent.
10. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on recruitment trends and suggest process improvements.
Location: Newton (Central)
Working hours: 9am to 6pm
Requirements: • Min 2 years of working experience in Financial Service Industry will be an advantage • Willing to learn; Fast learner; Responsible; High sense of urgency in completing tasks; Positive Mindset • Willing to converse with people from different backgrounds • Driven to work towards team's goal • Proficient with MS Office applications
