Job Responsibilities
- Assist the customer care manager in taking care of the team
- Attending to client's after sales requirements
- Assess repair requirements and advise client accordingly
- Addressing to customer feedbacks
- Manage client expectation/demands for damages
- Conducting of training
- Attend to customer enquiries via email / telephone
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences
- Experience working in retail industry
- Wiling to work on Saturday and roster may apply
