Receptionist cum Admin Assistant for School (Toa Payoh) FTPPS

Contract Period: 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 with option to extend until 31

Dec 2026


Working Hours:

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break
  • Fridays: 7:00am to 3.30pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays


Job Description:

  • Provide front-line customer service (deals with walk-ins and phone
  • queries) for School and MOE Kindergarten
  • Assist in events management (such as order of refreshments, preparation
  • of logistics and meeting materials, etc)
  • Assist teaching staff on administrative duties such as contacting parents,
  • generation of reports, etc.
  • Handling of students who are not feeling well, late comers and early
  • dismissal
  • Receive and verify documents for Financial Assistance Scheme
  • applications and Bursary applications
  • Tracking and maintaining of stocks for stationeries, office equipment,
  • and other materials
  • Assist in administrative duties such as data entry, data collation, goods
  • receiving, filing, printing of name tags, etc.
  • Carry out any other administrative duties assigned by School Leaders,
  • Administration Manager and Operation Managers


Job Requirements:

  • GCE ‘O’ or N Level Certificates
  • Proficient in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
  • Customer service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good team player with a high level of initiative and independence
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Candidate with prior working experiences in schools will be preferred
