Working Hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break
- Fridays: 7:00am to 3.30pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Job Description:
- Provide front-line customer service (deals with walk-ins and phone
- queries) for School and MOE Kindergarten
- Assist in events management (such as order of refreshments, preparation
- of logistics and meeting materials, etc)
- Assist teaching staff on administrative duties such as contacting parents,
- generation of reports, etc.
- Handling of students who are not feeling well, late comers and early
- dismissal
- Receive and verify documents for Financial Assistance Scheme
- applications and Bursary applications
- Tracking and maintaining of stocks for stationeries, office equipment,
- and other materials
- Assist in administrative duties such as data entry, data collation, goods
- receiving, filing, printing of name tags, etc.
- Carry out any other administrative duties assigned by School Leaders,
- Administration Manager and Operation Managers
Job Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ or N Level Certificates
- Proficient in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
- Customer service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player with a high level of initiative and independence
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Candidate with prior working experiences in schools will be preferred
