Contract Period: 1 Nov 2024 to 31 Dec 2025 with option to extend until
31 Dec 2026
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hour lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Job Description:
- Unlock all classroom doors at level 1 to level 6 daily, conduct checks and lock up designated classrooms after school ends daily
- Monitor students outside designated School Gate from 7:00am to 8:00am daily
- Clean assigned rooms daily: 6 Science laboratories and preparation rooms, 2-3 Special Rooms (e.g. Maker Space)
- Perform light gardening duties daily (e.g. weeding, planting, watering and maintaining potted plants)
- Check and clear places where mosquitos may breed on a daily basis and conduct weekly perimeter checks for mosquito breeding
- Perform any other assigned duties assigned from time to time
- Carry out logistics support duties for school events and activities
- Assist in the arrangement of suitable plants to meet the requirements of major school functions such as Speech Day, National Day and etc.
- Work closely with the pest control contractor and National Environment Agency personnel on mosquito breeding prevention measures
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Preferably have 5 years of relevant working experience
