Responsibility:
Recruitment
· Take ownership of the entire recruitment and selection process, encompassing job advertisement placement, candidate sourcing, interviewing, background checks, employment offer preparation, staff onboarding, and confirmation administration.
· Collaborate with sub-entities to fulfill manpower requirements, this includes coordinate interview and update of status etc.
Training
· Collaborate closely with relevant entities to develop necessary competencies and implement staff training programs.
· Administer training-related matters such as coordination, enrolment, and maintenance of training records etc.
HR MIS and Others:
· Creation of new hires record and maintain an accurate employee database within the HR Management Information System (MIS)
· Other assigned HR and office administrative tasks.
Requirement:
· Degree or Diploma in Human Resource, Psychology or Business related.
· 1-2 years relevant working experience, fresh graduates are welcome.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
· A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done independently
