Benefits Summary:
Customer Relations AR Officer
- Permanent role
- Basic up to $3000 + AWS + VB
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Location: Jurong East
Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls and send emails to account holders to remind them of outstanding payments and secure payment commitment dates.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing billing-related queries and issues.
- Monitor payment dates and follow up with account holders to ensure timely payments.
- Issue waivers or credit notes for customer disputes as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and track all billing cases.
- Assist in preparing reports and loading accounts.
- Send statements of account, reminder letters, and tax invoices to account holders.
- Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Job Requirement:
- 1 year of experience in the debt collection industry.
- Possesses customer-centric qualities.
- Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills
