Job Summary:
- Basic up to $2800
- AWS & VB
- 4 Day work week (Including Weekends), 8am to 8pm or 9am to 9pm
- Location: Near to Steven MRT
Job Scope:
- Respond to incoming phone calls
- Demonstrate a passion for working with animals
- Offer frontline customer service, manage counter registrations, and schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate records and manage appointment bookings
- Perform basic administrative tasks
- Place stock orders
- Handle payment collection, prepare, and dispense medications
- Maintain cleanliness and perform housekeeping duties
Job Requirement:
- Prior front-facing customer experience
- Previous experience in the healthcare service sector preferred / Customer Services / Receptionist
