Our client, a global MNC in the luxury fashion industry is looking for an Assistant HR Manager on a 1 year contract basis, to join the team as the company expands their operations in the region.
The Role
You will be involved in the full spectrum of human resource function and a be a strategic partner to grow the business. Your task will include business partnering, implementing HR strategies, workforce planning, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations as well as taking part in HR projects which supports employee wellbeing, engagement and retention.
Your Profile
You should have a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or related field, with 5 years of relevant HR experience within a retail environment. To succeed in this role, you will need to be a good team player, have good communication skills, stakeholder management, able to work in a fast paced environment and have good time management.
