- Answering phone and email inquiries and concerns
- Build strong and positive work relationships with employees
- Contributing to the development of Human Resources and other department's goals, objectives, and systems
- Ensure legal compliance and other administrative matters
- Handle all other HR matters and administrative tasks as assigned
- Handle leave administration
- Implementation and understanding of project SOPs
- Key employee details into the HR and Finance System
- Responsible for a full spectrum of Human resources and Payroll
- Lead recruitment process including placing job ads, selecting candidates, and managing interviews and related administrative processes such as staff screening in PLRD, vetting, preparing company letters, and other ad-hoc duties
- Liaise with clients to comply with their requirements
- Liaising with MOM, CPF, and PLRD to ensure fair procedure and compliance with
- local legislation at all times
- Manage off-boarding process for resignation and terminations including conducting an exit interview
- Oversee existing employees’ duties and work performance including appraisal
- Perform other work duties necessary for the company
- Plan employee engagement initiatives, resolve employee grievances, counsel employees
- Preparation of organization orientation for new staff
- Prepare all company letters (LOA, Memo, Company Forms, Awards, etc.)
- Process monthly staffs payroll and claims, calculate overtime and attendance checks for 100 employees
- Process monthly CPF, Levy Submission, Levy Waiver, IR21 and IR8A
- Process work passes application and liaises with immigration on foreign workers related matters including application, renewal & cancellation
- Record keeping for employee personal files and ensure accurate information are updated
- Liaison with TADM filing and attending of the cases
- Submission of government-paid claims such as NS claim, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Paternity Leave, and other related claim
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resource management
- Preferable to have HR working experience background in the Security industry
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration-related discipline
- Manage team resources to ensure adequate staffing and capability levels
- Knowledgeable of HR systems and databases
- Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work efficiently and independently
- Experienced in multitasking
