Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and selection
- Proactively source candidates using various job portals and networking platforms
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate selection
- Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Maintain accurate records in internal databases
- Other ad-hoc HR tasks
Requirements:
- 1+ years of related experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Diploma/degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
